Dave Inman, BKF Medical and Science Officer and BKF Deputy Chef de Mission had this to say about our new and exciting partnership:
The new collaboration with Player Packs is an exciting one for the BKF. The BKF is continually striving to provide first class support to our athletes and the provision of products and support from Player Packs is part of this long-term plan.
As the Medical Officer for the BKF, athlete care is my number one priority. The supplements and hydration support Player Packs are providing will enable our athletes to access high quality products, with the confidence that they have been tested under LGC’s quality assurance programme (Informed Sport). This programme is designed to assist athletes in selecting sports supplements which have been screened for substances that may contravene the World Anti-Doping Agency code. (WADA).
Elliot Smith, Player Packs Co-Founder & CEO shares his views on the partnership:
We are beyond pumped to partner with an organisation as prestigious as the British Karate Federation, with what is now the third sport (behind Football and Golf) in which “the Player Packs effect” continues to prove our ability to deliver a service that empowers athletes at an elite level.
We stand proud behind our roots of being a startup born in Great Britain, and we couldn’t be any prouder to now be standing side-by-side with our GB athletes on our journey to gold together.
